Each platform draws from different data sources and has its own requirements for how business information is structured and verified. Our team handles those details for you.

This is not a set-it-and-forget-it service. Voice platforms change their data requirements regularly. We provide ongoing monitoring and updates so your business information stays accurate as these platforms change.

Amazon Alexa

With Alexa-enabled devices in homes and offices across the country, Amazon’s voice assistant is an important discovery channel. Alexa draws business data from Yelp and other aggregators. We make sure your information is verified, complete, and up to date within these data sources for accurate Alexa responses.

Apple Siri

Siri powers voice search across every iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and HomePod. Siri primarily sources business data from Apple Maps and Apple’s own business records. We verify and maintain your Apple Maps Connect profile and make sure your data is structured for Siri’s response format.

Google Assistant

Google Assistant is embedded in Android devices, Google Home speakers, and Nest products. It draws primarily from Google Business Profile data. We set up and maintain your Google Business Profile so the information Google Assistant reads back is accurate and current.

Samsung Bixby

Bixby powers voice search across Samsung’s extensive device lineup — from smartphones to smart TVs and home appliances. We keep your business data accurate within the specific aggregators and directories that feed Bixby’s local business responses.

Microsoft Copilot (formerly Cortana)

Microsoft replaced Cortana with Copilot, which is built into Windows, Edge, and the Copilot app. Copilot answers local business questions using Bing, which draws on Bing Places for Business. We set up and maintain your Bing Places profile so the details Copilot returns are accurate and current

How billing works

• Term: 12-month initial term, then month to month until you cancel (unless your written proposal states a different term).
• Billing: Billed monthly in U.S. dollars (USD) on your signup date. Annual plans are billed once, in advance.
• Setup fee: A one-time setup fee may apply depending on the services you select. The exact amount is shown in your written proposal before you pay.
• Cancellation: Cancel any time by email at info@lionkingneworkgroup.com or by phone at 215-714-5828, or online at lionkingnetworkgroup.com/cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges are made after that.
• Price changes: Your rate is fixed for your initial term. After that, we give at least 30 days’ written notice before any price change.
