How billing works
- Term: 12-month initial term, then month to month until you cancel (unless your written proposal states a different term).
- Billing: Billed monthly in U.S. dollars (USD) on your signup date. Annual plans are billed once, in advance.
- Setup fee: A one-time setup fee may apply depending on the services you select. The exact amount is shown in your written proposal before you pay.
- Cancellation: Cancel any time by email at info@lionkingneworkgroup.com or by phone at 215-714-5828, or online at lionkingnetworkgroup.com/cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further charges are made after that.
- Price changes: Your rate is fixed for your initial term. After that, we give at least 30 days’ written notice before any price change.
