Welcome to the website of Lion King Network Group Inc, (“Lion King Network Group Inc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at lionkingnetworkgroup.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Lion King Network Group Inc. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Services

Lion King Network Group Inc, provides digital presence management services including, but not limited to, Premium Directories, Web Design & Development, AI Marketing Automation, Paid Media (PPC), Social Media Management, Reputation Management, Voice Search Activation, Local AI Presence, and ChatGPT Ads. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Site or engage our services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Account & Access

Certain features of our Site, including the Client Portal, may require account credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site in any manner that:

  • Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
  • Infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of any third party
  • Transmits any harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material
  • Introduces viruses, malware, or other malicious code
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or any systems connected to the Site
  • Interferes with or disrupts the integrity or performance of the Site
  • Collects or harvests any information from the Site without our express written consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Lion King Network Group Inc, or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

6. Service Agreements & Billing

Engagement of our services is governed by your written proposal and your individual Service Agreement. Key billing terms:

  • Monthly plans have a 12-month initial term, unless your written proposal states a different term. After the initial term, your agreement continues month to month until you cancel (see Section 7).
  • A one-time setup fee may apply depending on the services you select. The exact amount is stated in your written proposal and Service Agreement before any payment is taken.
  • Plan fees are billed monthly on your billing date (your signup date), or annually in advance for annual plans (see Section 8).
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and ACH bank debit.
  • Card and bank payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors; Apex never stores full card numbers.

Your rate is fixed for your initial term. After that, we may change prices by giving at least 30 days’ written notice, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

If these Terms conflict with your signed Service Agreement, the Service Agreement controls, but it will not remove any right described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Term, Renewal & Cancellation

Initial term. Monthly plans have a 12-month initial term, unless your written proposal states a different term. Product-specific engagements, such as a Local AI Presence audit, build, or retainer, follow the structure stated in your written proposal.

After the initial term. When the initial term ends, your agreement continues month to month until you cancel.

How to cancel. You can cancel at any time by any of these methods:

When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No further charges are made after that. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Payments & Payment Authorization

Authorization. By enrolling in a plan, you authorize Lion King Network Group Inc, to charge the card, or debit the bank account by ACH, that you designate for:

  • the recurring plan fee shown in your Service Agreement, charged monthly on your billing date, or annually in advance if you choose an annual plan; and
  • any one-time setup fee stated in your Service Agreement.

Changes to the amount. If the amount of a recurring charge changes, we will notify you at least 10 days before the charge.

Duration and revocation. This authorization stays in effect until you cancel. You can revoke it by emailing info@lionkingnetworkgroup.com or calling 1-215-714-5828 at least 3 business days before your next scheduled charge.

Currency and processing. All prices and charges are in U.S. dollars (USD). Card and bank payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors; Lion King Network Group Inc, never stores full card numbers.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we will contact you to update your payment method before taking any other action.

Billing errors. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at info@lionkingnetworkgroup.com or 1-215-714-5828. We will investigate and promptly correct any verified error. You can also use our Billing Support page, and our Complaint Resolution Policy explains how we handle complaints.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lion King Network Group Inc, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business, data, or goodwill, regardless of the theory of liability.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Lion King Network Group Inc, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our services. While we employ industry best practices and proven strategies, outcomes may vary based on factors beyond our control including market conditions, competition, and platform algorithm changes.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lion King Network Group Inc, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with third-party sites are governed by those sites’ own terms and policies.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of PA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cheltenham County, PA.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
