What you can request

• Access: a copy of the personal information we hold about you, in a portable format.
• Correction: fix information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Deletion: delete your personal information, except records we must keep by law or to complete a transaction (for example, billing records).
• Marketing opt-out: stop marketing emails. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any text, or ask here.

How it works

• Verification. To protect your information, we confirm your identity by matching the email or phone number we have on file. We may ask for one more detail.
• Timeline. You get an instant confirmation email with a reference number. We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you why, and we never take more than 45 extra days.
• Authorized agents. Someone can submit a request for you with your written permission.
• No penalty. We never treat you differently for making a privacy request.
